MALTA

Malta was the warmest adventure of year 2018 and probably the warmest place I have ever been to. In May of this year I went on a little four day getaway to Malta thanks to airBaltic It was a pretty unique experience in many ways, first taste of Mediterranean culture and my first meeting with Malta - small but buzzing with life country in the middle of Mediterranean sea. In four days I was there I got to explore a lot of Malta and left a lot of it for next time. Malta is a beautiful place to hike and do all kinds of outdoor stuff, but it's also rich in culture and party life. The capital of Malta, Valletta is a colorful mix of everything, it's a prefect place to just wander around and explore something new in the alleyways. The most untainted location is Gozo - Malta's sister island which was home to Azure Window, but nevertheless the nature is epic and I highly suggest boat rides trough the caves - they are sketchy but awesome. Malta is also home to a lot Game of Thrones filming locations and if you're a fan of the show it might be fun to see it in real life. In conclusion I would like to wish you all an adventurous New Year, travel more and explore the world!
